New construction windows — also called full-frame or nail-fin windows — are engineered to be installed before exterior cladding is applied. Unlike retrofit or replacement windows, which are set into an existing frame, new construction windows attach directly to the wall framing using a nailing fin, making them the standard choice for new home builds, additions, room expansions, and gut renovations where the exterior wall is fully exposed.
If you're breaking ground on a new home, adding a storey, or framing a new room addition, new construction windows give you maximum flexibility in sizing, placement, and performance — without the constraints of an existing opening.
Window Force's Ultraslim Series is engineered for new construction projects where glass area, light transmission, and clean modern aesthetics are non-negotiable. With a 4-9/16" full-frame depth and an industry-narrow 2-7/8" visible profile, the Ultraslim Series maximizes your glazing area — so your clients get more glass, more light, and a cleaner sightline from every angle.

Casement
Attached on one side and operated with a crank handle, casement windows open outward to deliver maximum top-to-bottom airflow. When closed, the sash presses firmly against the frame to create an exceptionally weather-tight seal, making casement windows among the most energy-efficient operable styles available.
Awning
Top-hinged and opening outward from the bottom, awning windows provide ventilation while helping keep out light rain. Commonly installed in bathrooms, kitchens, and basements, they can also be combined with fixed windows to maximize both natural light and airflow.
Single Slider
Featuring one operable sash that slides horizontally past a fixed panel, slider windows are ideal for wider openings. Their space-saving design makes them well suited for areas where outward-opening windows are impractical, such as along walkways, decks, or patios.
Double Slider
With both sashes operating independently, double slider windows provide maximum ventilation flexibility across wide openings. Their clean, contemporary design and smooth operation make them a practical choice for efficient use of interior and exterior space.
Picture Fix / Slim Fix
Fixed, non-operable windows designed to maximize natural light and unobstructed views. With no moving components, they provide the tightest possible seal and the largest glass area for any given opening, making them ideal as focal points or when paired with operable windows on either side.
Double Hung
Both upper and lower sashes operate independently, offering flexible ventilation control throughout the day. Many double hung designs include tilt-in sashes for convenient interior cleaning, making them especially practical for upper-floor installations.
Window Force supplies new construction windows to builders, contractors, and homeowners from coast to coast. Unlike regional window dealers limited to a single city or province, we handle nationwide logistics with packaging and shipping methods designed to protect your product in transit regardless of distance. We already serve active dealer networks in British Columbia and Alberta, and we supply Ontario residential projects across the full province.
Ontario represents the largest volume of new residential construction in Canada, and Window Force is well-positioned to serve projects across the province — from the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, and Ottawa to Kingston, Sudbury, and Northern Ontario. Whether you're building in a dense urban infill context or a suburban master-planned community, we align our production schedule to your framing timeline.
Window Force already supplies an active dealer network in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. BC's coastal climate demands strong moisture resistance and solid thermal performance — the Ultraslim Series meets Energy Star Canada Zone 2 requirements and is well-suited for the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, Okanagan, and Vancouver Island new-build markets. Ship directly to your job site or staging yard.
Window Force supplies an established dealer network in Calgary and Edmonton, serving both the residential high-rise and custom home build sectors. Alberta's extreme temperature swings require windows that perform in Energy Star Zone 3 conditions. Window Force's Ultraslim Series is available with argon-filled triple-pane glazing for builders in Alberta where heating load performance is a primary buyer concern.
Prairie new-build projects face some of the most demanding thermal requirements in Canada. Window Force's Ultraslim Series is available with high-performance glazing packages optimized for Zone 3 conditions, delivering the insulation performance your builds need without sacrificing sightlines or frame aesthetics.
Window Force ships to Quebec new construction projects with standard and nailing-fin configurations. Bilingual product documentation is available on request for projects requiring French-language permit submissions or client-facing spec sheets.
New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, and Newfoundland are seeing a resurgence in residential construction activity. Window Force services Atlantic Canadian projects with the same product line and delivery standards as our central Canada supply chain. Contact us for a project-specific shipping quote.
Energy efficiency is a code requirement in new construction — not a nice-to-have. All Window Force Ultraslim Series windows are certified under Energy Star® Canada, using a four-zone climate map to ensure windows are rated for your project's actual location, not a generalized North American standard.
NAFS-11 Performance Testing
Window Force windows are tested to NAFS-11 (North American Fenestration Standard) for structural performance, air leakage, and water infiltration resistance.
Supply-only. No installation subcontracting. No middlemen slowing down your schedule. Window Force works directly with builders, general contractors, and developers on a supply-only basis — you order, we ship, your crew installs.

Thank you to Sergey, Anthony, and Jonathan — I know I can always rely on you.
A new construction window is designed to be installed into exposed wall framing using a nailing fin before exterior cladding is applied. A replacement window is sized to fit inside an existing frame when the surrounding wall is structurally sound and cladding is already in place. If your framing is exposed — in a new build, addition, or gut renovation — a new construction window is the correct product.
The nailing fin is optional on Window Force's Ultraslim Series, but it is the standard installation method for most new construction applications. The fin attaches to the exterior stud face, creating a secure attachment point and a continuous weather barrier before cladding is applied. If your project has specific masonry or cladding requirements, contact us and we'll advise on the right configuration.

Window Force is a supply-only company. We do not provide installation services. Your crew installs — or you work with a local installer of your choice. This keeps our pricing competitive and your project timeline in your hands.

The Ultraslim Series features a 2-7/8" visible profile — one of the narrowest available in a Canadian-market vinyl window. The full frame depth is 4-9/16". This maximizes glazed area relative to rough opening size, increasing light transmission and maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic in the finished home.
Yes. The Ultraslim Series is available with argon-filled triple-pane glazing for projects in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Northern Ontario, Quebec, and other high-heating-degree-day locations. Triple pane is recommended for projects targeting Energy Star Zone 3 certification or exceeding standard energy code requirements.
Whether you're framing a single custom home in Ontario or supplying a multi-unit development in Calgary, Window Force has the product, the specs, and the supply chain to deliver — on time, anywhere in Canada.
